Merry Christmas everybody!

(If you don't celebrate Christmas, happy holidays! C: Whee)

Last night was like... torture.

We went to our grandma's for supper, so most of our family on my dad's side was crowded in our grandparents' tiny little house. Bramble and I were the second-youngest relatives there (aside from Aaliyah, our 5-year-old cousin), so we were kind of supposed to entertain her before and after dinner, and then after Mass (which was at 8, even though we were eating at 5...). So we basically had three terrible hours of sitting there doing nothing. Or more, but it was nicer when everyone except my parents, Bramble, me and our grandma went to mass because it was all quiet. We watched Canada's Worst Driver for a while.

Then we opened presents (Aaliyah got like five bajillion). It was weird... every year before this one, everyone got around the same amount of presents. But this year a bunch of people didn't even get one.

It was nicer when we went home, but then again our toilet's acting up so I was up half the night listening to our parents trying to fix it. -tired of the sound of flushing haha-

And I spent most of the morning playing the Wii game I got for Christmas (Animal Crossing: City Folk, I think). C: Tom Nook is annoying as hell. AND YES ROVER I'M A GIRL STOP LOOKING SO CONCERNED. xD

Oh yeah and I got a netbook.

(Funny, though... WHY ARE OUR PARENTS SPOILING US.) Too bad it's so difficult to type with. And we don't have internet for it yet. cx

So we got haircuts today. Yeah sorta fun, because our hairdresser's kid (who attacked me last year) was asking all sorts of questions and talking about her fish and stuff. cx Little kids are so awesome.

And I'm really really bored. I've had nothing to do all day (except read MLIA, heh), and I've got some art block again. So... talk to me? Direct me to something funny? ...etc. xD

Last night we watched Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Except I didn't watch the whole thing because I knew I'd get worked up when Dumbledore inevitably (spoilerspoiler if you don't know heh) dies. Which he did of course. Falling in slow motion backwards towards the ground. (Why does this seem so common? xD)

And today I noticed that a lot of video game system commercials (like older Wii commercials and now X-Box commercials) use this "I'm going to invade your home LET'S PLAY VIDEO GAMES" formula. And they seem to enjoy cool colours (green and blue mostly) paired with white as colour schemes.

SO MANY COMMON THINGS. ;u; I like 'em. Well it gets tiring, but it's weird how people blatantly copy others and get away with it haha.

Anyway I got really worked up later on last night anyways (except it wasn't all BAWWW it was more excited) because apparently apparently (Ihopeit'strueomg) there's gonna be a Green Day thingy for Rock Band. Y'know, like they did with th' Beatles. Except Green Day.

WHY MUST ROCK BAND BREAK DOWN MY "I SUCK AT GUITAR SO LET'S NOT GET THIS GAME" WILLPOWER? WHYY

(I'm kind of hyper as you can tell, but Bramble made these great chocolate cookies and I've been consuming them and mad libs like crazy.)

Yay I never have to go outside for mundane reasons due to cold weather.
